1. Purchase your month supply of Iaso Tea from one of The Power Movements Total Life Changes™(TLC) Authorized Representatives.
2. Register by going to www.drinkandlose.info. Must be registered by the last day of the month prior to 1st day of contest.
3. Use Total Life Changes Iaso Tea for one month. Drink 2 8oz cups and 1 4oz cup every day for 5 weeks.
4. The day after the contest closes, submit an inspirational picture with an inspirational story about your detox journey and the results from using Total Life Changes Iaso Tea at www.drinkandlose.info
Photo Guidelines:
The following types of photos will be accepted:
-Before and After Photos (must be current, must be you)
-Motivational Weight Loss Photos, for instance a strong pose at the gym or a photo your old jeans showing how large they now are (must be you)
Story Guidelines:
-Share your name, where you are from and why you started the challenge.
-Share how Total Life Changes helped you. (ie if you lost weight share your stats- weight or inches lost, age, time it took you to lose.)
-Please do not any share links, we are aware that they might not all be spam, however any links published will be considered as spam.
5. Have your friends and family vote the 2nd-7th day of the month after the close of contest. We will post your pictures and inspirational story on our page and you will need to ask your friends and family to vote for you. You will have 5 days for people to vote. Winner will be announced on or about the 8th day of the month. (ie Contest Period August 1, 2015-August 31, 2015. Photo and Story Submission September 1, 2017. Voting Period September 2-7, 2017. Winner Announced September 8, 2017.) **Subject to change. Participants will be notified**
6. Winning-The person with the most votes wins $100.
